Its self-service 7am-10pm access enables customers to complete their chores at a time that suits them, while the calming, relaxed waiting area complete with free WiFi encourages them to take time out as they wait.
The average laundromat looks unhygienic and uninviting (not the kind of place you’d wash your underwear in), plus it’s not typically kind to the environment. aplin creative partnered with Foam to design a space that inspires others to spend less time on laundry and more time on living. Whites, soft colour accents, light Scandinavian timber and touches of brass make this space less ‘industrial laundromat’ and more ‘aspirational home laundry’. The contemporary luxe interior design complete with designer corrugated wall panelling and LED back-lighting simultaneously makes customers feel like they’re treating themselves to a spa treatment of sorts, in the comfort of their own home.
